1// Why do you like riding?
I like riding as it is good exercise and it’s something that makes me happy.

2// When did you join LEC and how long have you been riding?
I joined LEC in mid-2019 but before that I had always enjoyed getting out on my bike with my family.

3// What type of racing have you done for LEC?
In 2020 I started doing the go-rides which helped me get into a more competitive style of riding. Then in 2021 I did my first regional cross race and have been doing these races since.

4// Which type of racing do you like best and why?
I think that cyclocross is my favourite as every time it is different and has something new. I find road too similar so I get a bit bored sometimes!

5// Which race has been your favourite and why?
My favourite race was the Herne Hill Cyclocross race this year. I found the course very quick and I got my best result to date.

6// What is your best skill that you have learnt riding with LEC?
Dismounting and remounting has been really great to practice and learn.

7// Can you describe what you like about the club training session?
The Saturday training sessions at the club have a great atmosphere. Also, I really like practicing skills and competing against friends.

8// In three words, how would you describe your club mates?
Active, mad and friendly.

9// In three words, how would you describe the club?
Lively, enjoyable, competitive.

10// When you are not cycling what else do you like to do?
When I’m not cycling I like to read, like watching top gear and playing table tennis or basketball!
