Round 1 of Limited Edition’s Winter Series, was held at a club favourite, Elmstead Woods Primary School. The venue has hosted several Go Rides in the past, but Coach Jay had a surprise in store, with a new take on his tricky Cyclo-Cross circuit.

Results look good in very tough conditions. Podiums for Lola and Edie. League title wrapped up for Lola.

Multiple fallers, multiple mechanicals, and the first real mud of the season, but everyone carried on, got back on, or just picked up the bike and carried it. No DNFs.

Clear skies and sunshine on the journey down had us looking forward to a day of racing. However, the biting cold wind that greeted us all quickly reigned in the enthusiasm.

The tight and twisty circuit is more suited for mountain biking than cross according to a friendly Commissaire.

Next up in the Cross League was a trip to South London and a return to the scene of the ‘Massacre at the Palace’ last season!

Round Two of the London and South East Cross League saw the squad racing at Pippingford Manor.

A good showing by the LEC Cross Team today in the east Kent League. Difficult, un-cyclocross like conditions meant even the fans were sweating buckets.

We kicked off the 2023/24 Cross Season with a trip to Coombes Farm in West Sussex, followed by a team trip to the beach.

For the first time in the clubs history we launched a Spring in the Park Race Team!

September brings a new Cross Season and Limited Edition Cycling have announced their race squad to represent the Green Machine over the winter.

2// When did you join Limited Edition Cycling and how long have you been riding? I joined the club last September and I’ve been riding since I was 4. My first ever bike with pedals was a cupcake bike. It had no gears and had stabilisers.

With this the final points scoring night in the series, all was to play for!

7// Can you describe what you like about the club training session?

I think LEC has always been welcoming and always been about having fun. I like the way that the coaches know what racing we are doing and can make session support this.

The recent Youth Games sessions were clearly been paying off, as most of the squad kept tucked into their respective groups, looked notably fitter and finished higher up than other weeks.
