All rides will be given a level, as follows:
1 - Easy - 5 miles approx - fairly flat - traffic free where possible
3 - Good - up to 20 miles - some low hills
4 - Strong - up to 30 miles - hilly
5 - Strong + - up to 45 miles - hilly - accomplished riders only
6 - Sporting - up to 60 miles - hilly - accomplished riders only
2 - Steady - 10 miles approx - some inclines - quieter roads
3 - Good - up to 20 miles - some low hills
4 - Strong - up to 30 miles - hilly
5 - Strong + - up to 45 miles - hilly - accomplished riders only
6 - Sporting - up to 60 miles - hilly - accomplished riders only
Fitness Loop - fitness training for all levels, over a 7 mile loop
Club Training - Fitness and race pace rides for club members
Beastie - seriously hard ride average 18mph over 20 miles - accomplished riders only
